Oyster Mushroom 200gr
* Rice Flour 100gr
* Chicken Eggs 2 eggs
* 3 cloves Garlic
* Mineral water 200 ml
Lets Cook .....
* 200 grams oyster mushrooms washed, cut lengthwise then drain
* 3 cloves garlic crushed, put into 200 ml mineral water, add salt to taste, mix well
* Enter the oyster mushrooms that have been cut into the seasoning solution, soak for several minutes then drain
* Whisk the 2 eggs chicken, insert mold that had drained into the beaten eggs, let stand a few minutes
* Prepare 100 g of rice flour, oyster mushroom jerky with rice flour until smooth, slowly drained
* Heat oil in wok and fry till golden mushrooms, do not get burnt you know, then drain
* Serve Crispy oyster mushrooms while still warm, fill with tomato sauce & chili sauce
