White oyster mushroom is one of many cultivated species of fungi. Ways and cropping media was fairly easy.

Growth media used for cultivation of oyster mushrooms and white is powder remaining sawmills. In principle, all types of wood can be used, as long as not toxic. However, the most widely used is wood sengon or alba.

To be used as planting media, sawdust was mixed with additional ingredients. Namely, fine bran or bran, calcium carbonate or chalk (CaCO3), gypsum (CaSO4), TSP fertilizer, and water.

With dose, 100 kg of sawdust, rice bran 15 kg, 0.5 kg of calcium carbonate, 0.5 cast, 0.5 TSP fertilizer, and water to taste.

Besides that need to be prepared materials are heat resistant plastok bag (size 03 or 04, 15 x 25 cm or 17 x 30 cm), rubber binders, pieces of newspaper, pieces of pipe pralon (diameter 1 "and width 1 cm). The instrument used was a shovel and hoe, drum boiler with a lid and Sarangan, stove.

Composting Process
Before planting seeds, planting media bahab materials in komposkan
first for 15 days with the following stages:
1. Sawdust that has completely dried soaked with clean water
in a container for 1 night.
2. Drain (through clenched not broken), then add the lime and add bekaltul and stir until blended. Leave the pile for 5 days.
3. Piles stirred again with added fertilizer and allow TSP
for 5 days.
4. Material is stirred again and add the plaster. Let the pile again
to 5 days, then the composting process has been completed.

Packaging Process
The materials that have been composted growing media is inserted into a plastic bag. Plastic bags at both ends of the base bent inward, so that once filled and compacted plastic bags can stand up like a bottle.

Plastic bags filled approximately ¾, then a ¼ portion bent inward. The bag must be placed in the inverted position, the bent or folded into placed under.

Process Sterilisari
Prepare tools and equipment drum boiler. Sarangan placed
thoughts about 1 / 3 the drum from the bottom. Fill the drum with clean water approximately ¼
the drum.

Next, turn on the stove. Enter the planting medium into a large heat-resistant plastic that protrude into the upper drum. The process of steam sterilization is carried out for 6-8 hours at a temperature of 90-95 C.

Planting Seeds
After the sterilization process is complete, remove the bags of planting medium from the drum, allowed to cool. Once cool, do the process of inoculation or planting seedlings. Enter the seeds from the top and stocking evenly. After that tie securely.

To be strong ties, plastic tip inserted pralon piece (ring), then covered with pieces of newspaper and tied with rubber bands. When the inoculation should not be more than 24 hours after sterlisasi process.
